摘要
RBC作为CTCS-3级列控系统地面设备中的核心设备,需要对来自联锁、临时限速服务器、CTC和相邻RBC的信息进行计算处理,并生成行车许可发送给列车,控制列车安全运行。由于RBC涉及对外接口设备较多,当发生故障需要查找故障点时难度较大,因此,本文通过故障树分析法进行原因分析,从而提高故障处理效率;同时针对工区的实际情况和特点,提出了具体的措施对策,从而提高RBC设备的安全性。
As the core of the CTCS-3 system's trackside equipment, the RBC is required to process data from CBI, TSRS, CTC and adjacent RBCs and generate movement authority to trains to control the safely of train operation. Due to the variety of its interfaced external equip- ment, it is hard to pinpoint the fault when the fault occurs. Therefore, it is proposed to use fault tree analysis to seek out the causation, thus enhancing the efficiency of fault handling. Meantime, specific measure is put forward to improve the safety of the RBC equipment according to actual situation and characteristics of signal district.
