车载紧凑型天线单元CAU盖板防水设计改进

摘要 详细介绍了列控系统ATP产品车载紧凑型天线单元CAU盖板进水原因和防水设计改进,并通过一系列试验验证,实现了国内车载紧凑型天线单元CAU防水能力的显著提升,杜绝了产品在高寒地区运用时进水故障发生,使得产品在全天候、广域性(高寒、高热、高湿)条件下,均能保持稳定的工作性能。 The cause why water seeps into the cover of onboard compact antenna unit CAU in the ATP system is expounded and a waterproof design improvement is presented. Through a series of tests, it has been validated that the waterproof capability of the domestic onboard compact anten- na unit CAU has been improved greatly and water seeping can be eliminated even when the im- proved product is used in alpine region. Thus, this product can keep stable working performance in all weather and in wide area.
