成都市公共文化设施布局演进与城市发展

Evolution of Public Cultural Facilities Layout and Urban Development of Chengdu City

梳理了成都市公共文化服务设施发展历程,基于Arc GIS平台对成都市公共文化设施的空间布局特征及其机制进行了分析。结果表明:在设施发展方面,基本遵循萌芽期重点发展图书馆,民国期大量建设文化馆(民众教育馆),建国初期建设图书馆和文化馆(宫),改革开放以来加速发展博物馆;在空间结构方面,"一主一轴多组团"特征明显,"一主"是天府广场文化中心,"一轴"是都江堰市—郫都区—天府广场—龙泉驿区—简阳市文化发展轴,"多组团"指都江堰、新津、温江等文化组团;在影响因素方面,可分为资源主导型和行政主导型设施,受历史文脉、商业街区、行政中心等影响较大。

This paper combed the development process of Chengdu＇s public cultural service facilities, and analyzed the spatial layout characteristics and mechanisms of Chengdu＇s public cultural facilities based on AreGIS. The results showed that in terms of facilities development, the libraris were primarily developed in germination period. During the Republic of China, a large number of cultural centers （Public education centers） were built. In the initial stage of new China, libraries and cultural centers were built. Since the reform and opening up, the museum was accelerated. In terms of spatial structure, the characteristics of ＂one main, one axis and many groups＂ were obvious. In terms of influencing factors, they could be divided into resourceoriented and administrativeoriented facilities, which were greatly influenced by historical context, commercial blocks and administrative centers.
