Current Research Focus and Progress on Physical Activity Promotion:Review on ACSM's 65th Annual Meeting

摘要 第65届美国运动医学会(ACSM)年会暨第9届运动是良医世界科学大会于2018年5月29日—6月2日在美国明尼苏达州明尼阿波利斯市成功举行。作者以大会主题报告和专题演讲的内容为基础,重点介绍第65届ACSM年会关于身体活动促进研究领域的相关议题,并通过Pub Med、Web of Science等数据库检索相关文献,对身体活动促进研究领域的当前热点与未来趋势进行探讨。通过对大会相关内容的梳理,笔者将对身体活动促进研究的以下相关议题进行重点阐述:1)基于健康行为理论和社会生态模型的身体活动促进研究;2)建成环境对于身体活动的促进作用;3)智能手机对于身体活动的促进作用。关于上述研究内容的探讨可以为我国运动科学研究中身体活动促进干预的设计和公共健康政策的制定提供借鉴。 The ACSM's 65 th Annual Meeting and the 9 th World Conference on Exercise Is Medicine was successfully held at Minneapolis during May 29 th to Jun 2 nd,2018. Based on the highlighted lectures and symposiums,the current article summarized the topics that were related to physical activity and health promotion. Combined with searching the relevant articles in major databases including Pub Med and Web of Science,this article discussed the current status and future direction of the research for physical activity and health promotion. By identifying the most prominent topics,this article focused on the following aspects of the physical activity and health promotion: 1) physical activity promotion studies based on health behavior theories and social ecological model; 2)the relationship between built environment and physical activity promotion; and 3) the role of smartphone in promoting physical activity. The discussion of these topics provided reference of designs of physical activity interventions and developments of public health policies for Chinese exercise science scholars.
