柴胡疏肝散联合健耳操治疗耳鸣肝郁气滞证临床研究

Clinical Research on Chaihu Shugan Powder Combined with Ear Exercise for Tinnitus with Liver-depression and Qi-stagnation Syndrome

目的:观察柴胡疏肝散联合健耳操治疗耳鸣肝郁气滞证的临床疗效。方法:将100例耳鸣肝郁气滞证患者随机分为治疗组51例和对照组49例。治疗组采用柴胡疏肝散联合健耳操治疗,对照组采用甲钴胺联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗。治疗后观察患者耳鸣程度的改善情况,对比分析2组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率86.27%,对照组总有效率59.18%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组耳鸣残疾评估量表(THI)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,2组THI评分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组THI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散联合健耳操治疗肝郁气滞型耳鸣,效果优于甲钴胺联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with ear exercise for tinnitus with liver-depression and qi-stagnation syndrome. Methods：Divided 100 cases of patients with tinnitus with liver-depression and qi-stagnation syndrome into two groups, 51 cases in the treatment group and 49 cases in the control group. The treatment group received Chaihu Shugan powder combined with ear exercise, while the control group received mecobalamin combined with flunarizine hydrochloride.After treatment,observed the improvement of tinnitus of patients,and compared the clinical effect in both groups. Results：The total effective rate was 86.27% in the treatment group and 59.18% in the control group, difference being significant（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, there was no significant different being found in the scores of tinnitus handicap inventory（THI） in both groups（P〈0.05）.After treatment, scores of THI in both groups were all lower than those before treatment, differences being significant（P〈0.05）;scores of THI in the treatment group was lower than those in the control group,difference being significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical effect of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with ear exercise in treating tinnitus with liver-depression and qi-stagnation syndrome is better than the treatment with mecobalamin combined with flunarizine hydrochloride.
