小议冲任理论在女性痤疮中的应用

A Brief Discussion on the Application of the Theory of Thoroughfare and Conception Channels in the Treatment for Female Patients with Acne

女性痤疮之为病,与冲任密切相关,冲盛任通,颜面润泽;冲任失调,则经络受累,脏腑失和,邪毒自生,凝而为疮。又女子痤疮之发病,与冲任气血变化相应,阴阳转化相和。因此,在临床治疗中,将调和女子冲任作为诊治痤疮之本,采用针药并用之法,具体治疗原则为经前期疏肝补肾、行经期行气活血、经后期滋阴养血及经间期补肾温阳。

The authors think that acne in female patients is closely related to the thoroughfare and conception channels. When the thoroughfare channel is excessive and the conception channel smooths,the women will have glossy complexion. When the thoroughfare and conception channels disharmonize, the meridians may be influenced, which leads to the disharmony of the zang-fu organs,spontaneous occurrence of pathogenic toxin and consequently the onset of acne. In addition, the onset of acne in female patients corresponds to changes in the qi and blood of the thoroughfare and conception channels,in which yin and yang transform to become harmony. Therefore,in clinical practice,the treatment for female patients with acne should focus on harmonizing the thoroughfare and conception channels,and adopting both needling and medicine. The specific therapeutic principle is smoothing the liver and reinforcing the kidney during premenstruum, promoting qi and activating blood during menstrual period, nourishing yin and blood during postmenstrua,and reinforcing the kidney and warming yang during intermenstruum.
