篮球运动对发掘动商潜能的优势探析

任何事物的出现都是社会发展和不断认识的结果,动商理念发展至今已得到越来越多的专家学者认可.西南大学常金栋的"青少年动商测评量表编制与理论模型构建研究"获国家社科基金立项.当前学生体质健康问题迟迟得不到妥善解决,动商理念不失为一种新的思路,实验证明篮球运动对一年级学生动商发展具有显著效果.以篮球为突破口,加快动商发展途径探索,积极发掘动商价值,促进动商理论进一步完善,则可运用动商理念指导实践,对学生体质健康进行实时监测并制定有效干预措施.

The emergence of everything is the result of social development and constant recognition. The concept of motor quotient （MQ） has been recognized by more and more experts and scholars. The program of ＂Adolescent Motivational Review Scale preparation and theoretical model construction research＂ hosted by Chaug Jindong of Southwest university was approved by the National Social Science Program. At present, the problem of physical health of students has not been properly resolved, and MQ is the new good idea to solve students＇ healthy problems. Experiments have shown that basketball has a significant effect on the development of the first grade primary school students. Taking basketball as a breakthrough point, speeding up the exploration of the way of exploring MQ, actively exploring the value of MQ, and promoting the further improvement of the theory of MQ are helpful for using the concept of MQ to guide practice, monitor students＇ physical health in real time and formulate effective intervention measures.
