阿维A治疗反应性穿通性胶原病二例并文献复习

Acitretin in the treatment of acquired reactive perforating collagenosis: two patient reports and literature review

本文报道获得性反应性穿通性胶原病2例并对相关文献进行了复习。2例患者均表现为双下肢丘疹伴瘙痒,组织病理确诊为获得性反应性穿通性胶原病,经阿维A治疗2个月后,皮损消退。

Two patients with acquired reactive penetrating collagenosis（ ARPC） were reported and the related literatures were reviewed. Both patients presented with papules on the lower limbs and the featrues of the lesions were in accordance with ARPC. Both patients were treated with acitretin for 2 months and the symptoms were improved.
