快速吸附有机物厌氧颗粒污泥培养的因素优化

摘要 为了在ASBR反应器中培养快速吸附有机物的厌氧颗粒污泥,提高实际有机废水的厌氧生物处理效率,从环境条件、运行条件及污泥特性三个方面探究厌氧颗粒污泥系统的最佳运行参数.结果表明,选用粒径为0.4~1.2mm的厌氧颗粒污泥,采用pH为6.8~7.2,温度为35℃,吸附期搅拌10s/(min),再生时间为6h,再生期搅拌频率为4min/h,闲置时间为4h的运行模式,进水COD浓度为3 000mg/L时,在三种不同碳源配比的情况下,均可经30d培养出在氨氮存在下快速选择性吸附COD的厌氧颗粒污泥,培养末期,厌氧颗粒污泥在5min时对有机物的吸附率达90%以上.其中乙酸钠:可溶性淀粉1∶1为最优选择. In order to cultivate the anaerobic granular sludge for rapid adsorption of organic matter in an ASBR reactor and improve the anaerobic biological treatment efficiency of the actual organic wastewater,the most optimal condition of the anaerobic granular sludge system were studied from three aspects of environmental conditions,operating conditions and sludge characteristics.The results show that the anaerobic granular sludge with the particle size from 0.4 mm to 1.2 mm is selected,under the of operation mode of the stirring frequency is 20 s/(2 min)during adsorption、the regeneration time is 6 hand the stirring frequency 4 min/h、idle time is 4 h,pH is from 6.8 to 7.2 and the temperature is 35℃.When the influent COD concentration is 3 000 mg/L,anaerobic granular sludge with rapid and selective adsorption of COD in the presence of ammonia nitrogen can be cultivated for 30 days under the conditions of the three different carbon source ratios,which sodium acetate:Soluble starch is the best choice for 1∶1.At the end of cultivation,the anaerobic granular sludge adsorption rate of organic compounds more than90%at 5 min.
