区域热水锅炉房供热输送干线最大年温差循环研究

Investigation on the Annual Maximum Temperature Cycle Number of Heating Line in Regional Hot Water Boiler Room

针对我国区域热水锅炉房供热管网疲劳寿命的研究现状,提出了一种基于模糊数学的通用隶属函数,对供热管网的疲劳寿命进行计算和研究.在采用调查问卷和实际测量方法对区域热水锅炉房的事故情况及管网热工参数进行统计的前提下,明确了区域锅炉房输送干线的事故频次和多发部位,同时综合管网热工参数计算得出最大年温差循环次数.结果表明,通用隶属函数适用于供热管网疲劳分析,进而计算得出区域热水锅炉房输送干线在设计寿命30年内的最大年温差循环次数为(77.08,90.29),平均值为82.74.该研究可以为区域热水锅炉房的供热管网疲劳分析提供参考.

Aiming at the research status of the fatigue life of the hot water boiler heating pipe network in China,ageneral membership function based on fuzzy mathematics was proposed to calculate and study the fatigue life of the heating pipe network.Based on the investigation of the accident situation and the thermal parameters of the hot water boiler in the regional hot water boiler room,the accident frequency and multiple parts of the regional boiler room transportation trunk are determined by the questionnaire and the experimental measurement method.At the same time,the annual maximum temperature difference cycle is calculated combining with the thermal parameters of pipe network.The results show that the general membership function is applied to the fatigue analysis of the heating pipe network,and then the maximum annual temperature difference cycle of the regional hot water boiler room in the design life of 30 years is estimated（77.08,90.29）and the average is 82.74.The study can provide reference for the analysis of the heating pipe network fatigue of the regional hot water boiler room.
