Firefighting Case Study on “12·18” New World Department Store Fire in Zhengzhou City

分析了河南省郑州市新世界百货商场火灾案例,从技术方面解析了起火原因、致灾因素、成灾过程。基于此次火灾的发生发展过程的研究,提出了完善自动扶梯组件耐火性能国家规范的建议;结合此次灭火行动的战术战法,在决策指挥、现场排烟、内攻救人、火场供水等方面,提出了城市综合体灭火救援准备工作的策略。

The firefighting case of New World Department Store Fire in Zhengzhou City was researched in this paper. The fire cause, disaster inducers and disaster process were analyzed from the technical view. The suggestion of improving the fire resistance performance requirements of escalator components in the national standard was raised based on the investigation of fire occurrence and development process in this case. Combined with the firefighting tactics, the countermeasures for firefighting and rescue preparation of urban complex were put forward from aspects of decision- making and command, ventilation on the fire ground, internal attach and water supply.
