摘要 针对飞行人员海上航空搜救应用特点,本文提出一种基于北斗的机载指挥系统设计方案,分析了北斗卫星导航系统在搜救系统机载平台应用的作用与功能需求;设计了系统功能优先级,将服务权限划分为六级,合理解决了北斗RDSS服务频度限制与应用需求的矛盾;设计了三级搜救装备体制,明确了搜救指挥层级中的角色定位;设计了指挥操作流程方案,在此基础上完成了功能单元划分,建立软件功能框架,为北斗卫星导航系统在航空搜救领域的应用提供技术依据。 Aiming at the application characteristics of aviation search and rescue for pilot, a design scheme of airborne command system based on BDS was proposed. The function and functional requirements of BDS in airborne search and rescue system airborne platform were analyzed. The system function priority was designed, and the servic authority was divided into six levels, which solved the contradiction between the frequency limitation and the application requirement of the BDS. The three level aviation search and rescue equipment system was designed, the role positioning in the command level was defined and the command operation process scheme was designed. On this basis, the functional unit was divided and the software functional framework was set up. The technical basis is provided for the application of the BDS in the aviation search and rescue field.
