Bobath疗法结合任务导向性训练对脑瘫患儿智力的影响

Effect of Bobath therapy combined with task-oriented training on intelligence of children with cerebral palsy

目的探讨Bobath疗法结合任务导向性训练对3～6岁脑瘫患儿智力的影响,为脑瘫患儿的研究提供有效的依据和借鉴。方法前瞻性将60例3～6岁脑瘫患儿随机分成对照组和观察组各30例,对照组患儿采用Bobath疗法,观察组患儿采用Bobath疗法+任务导向性训练,疗程均为3个月。采用中国-比内智力测验手册(第四次修订本)以盲法测评两组患儿治疗前、后的智商。结果两组患儿治疗前的智商评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患儿治疗后的智商评分较治疗前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后观察组患儿的智商评分明显优于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Bobath疗法结合任务导向性训练能更有效地提高3～6岁脑瘫患儿的智力水平。

Objective To explore the effect of Bobath therapy combined with task-oriented training on intelligence of 3-6-year-old children with cerebral palsy,provide an effective basis and reference for researching these children. Methods A prospective study was performed,60 cerebral palsy children aged 3-6 years old were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 children in each group. The children in control group were treated by Bobath therapy,and the children in observation group were treated by Bobath therapy and task-oriented training. The course of treatment was three months. China-Binet Intelligence Test Handbook（ the Fourth Revised Edition）was used to evaluate intelligence quotients before and after trearment in the two groups via blind method. Results There was no statistically significant difference in intelligence quotient before treatment between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. In the two groups,intelligence quotients after treatment were statistically significantly higher than those before treatment（ P〈0. 01）. After treatment,intelligence quotient in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Bobath therapy combined with task-oriented training can effectively improve intelligence level of 3-6-year-old children with cerebral palsy.
