IVF中单独应用GnRHa致卵泡发育病例报道及文献分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)过程中单独应用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRHa)降调后发现卵泡发育的临床处理策略。方法本文报道3例IVF患者在常规应用GnRHa降调后发现卵泡发育,予以绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)扳机后采卵。结果两例患者成功获卵,体外授精后有囊胚形成,移植获得妊娠并分娩3个健康新生儿,另1例患者未获卵。结论在IVF中如遇到降调时单用GnRHa发现有卵泡发育这种极为罕见的情况,结合患者的血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮及子宫内膜等指标,可考虑给予hCG后采卵,亦有机会获得妊娠。
