急性A型主动脉夹层合并下肢缺血致截肢1例的治疗体会 被引量：2

摘要 临床资料患者男性,26岁,因＂突然出现胸背部、左下肢疼痛8h＂入院。既往有高血压病史10年,最高210/110mm Hg（1mm Hg=0.133k Pa）,平时未规律服药,未检测血压。入院测血压190/110mm Hg,心率：100次/min,主动脉瓣听诊区可闻及舒张杂音,左侧足背动脉未触及,右侧足背动脉波动微弱,左下肢曾剧烈疼痛,入院时不能自主活动,远端感觉消失,主动脉增强CT检查显示为.
