摘要 针对现有光电式可穿戴设备测量心率准确度低、鲁棒性差等问题,提出一种光电式可穿戴设备的心率检测方法。该方法首先通过提取心率信号,在判别人体运动状态的基础上,根据人体运动状态和静止状态下的心率信号的特点,通过不同的预处理方式,低通滤波后得到心率的初步估计结果;然后,应用卡尔曼滤波和线性补偿方法对心率初步估计结果进行处理,增强心率估计值的鲁棒性,获得精度高的心率测量结果。利用研制的光电式心率手环对提出方法进行应用及对比实验,实验结果表明,提出方法相比于其他智能穿戴设备的心率检测方法,其鲁棒性更强、测量精度较好,验明了提出方法的有效性和准确性。 Heart rate detection methods always suffer from low accuracy and poor robustness by using current photoelectric wearable devices. Thus, a new heart rate detection method for photoelectric wearable devices is proposed. Firstly, motion state of the human body is discriminated by the extracted heart rate signals. According to distinguishing features of the heart rate signal under the motion state and the static state of the human body, the initial estimation of heart rate is obtained by different preprocessing methods and low pass filtering. Secondly, the robustness of heart rate estimation is enhanced and high precision heart rate measurement results are acquired by using Kalman filtering and linear compensation method. Finally, the application and comparison experiments are carried out by using the developed photoelectric heart rate device, which show that the proposed method is robust and accurate compared with other intelligent wearable devices.The effectiveness and precision of the proposed method can be proved.
