摘要 针对电测量法测量牵引逆变器效率接线复杂、成本高的缺点,提出一种通过测量热损耗计算热稳态下牵引逆变器效率的方法,即热损耗法。对电测量法与热损耗法的测量原理、测量过程和测量结果进行了介绍和比较。结果表明:用2种方法测量计算牵引逆变器效率基本一致,但热损耗法能减少测量设备,降低测量成本,降低电磁干扰对测量设备的影响。因此,热损耗法不仅可行,而且比电测量法更加稳定可靠。 With a view to defects in measuring traction inverter efficiency based on electric measuring method,such as complex wiring and high costs,the Article proposes a method to calculate the traction inverter efficiency in athermally stable state based on heat loss measurement,that is,the heat loss method. The Article introduces andcompares the measurement principles,procedures and results of the electric measuring method and the heat lossmethod. It is concluded that:the resulting traction inverter efficiency obtained based on such two methods is general-ly the same. However, the heat loss method needs less measuring equipment,thus can lower measurement costs andmitigate the impact of electromagnetic interference on measurement equipment. Therefore,it is evident that the heatloss method is not only practicable,but also more stable and reliable than the electric measuring method.
