Recently, the launching ceremony of the 2018 O ingdao Neighbor Festival officially kicked off in the Starlight Theater in Licang District, Q ingdao. It is reported that this year＇s Q ingdao Neighbor Festival is themed ＂Advocating Virtue and Etiquette · Happy Community＂. Licang District was set as the main venue, and relevant activities will take place simultaneously at branch venues of each district and county.
