甘肃某市食品药品检验检测中心通风及洁净空调系统设计

摘要 结合甘肃地区气候特点,食品药品检验检测中心仅在4层洁净实验室采用风冷热泵实现供冷供热。实验室每个独立的送、排风系统其最大风量应根据所服务实验室数量、运行模式以及通风柜、万象排气罩、原子吸引罩等同时运行系数来确定。实验室排风系统安装定风量阀以进行风量平衡,送、排风机均变频控制。 Combined with the climate characteristicsofGansu, the food and drug inspection and testing center onlyuses air cooled heat pump in the four layer clean laboratory to realize the cooling and heating. The maximum air volume of each independent supply and exhaust system in the laboratory should be determined according to the operating coefficient of the service laboratory, the operating mode, the ventilation cabinet, the vientiane exhaust hood, the atomic suction hood and so on. The laboratory exhaust system is installed with constant air volume valve to carry out air volume balance, and the sendingand exhaustingfansare controlled byvariable frequency.
