摘要
粗轧R2轧机电机主传动水冷单元共有2台循环泵,一备一用,其向主回路功率元器件提供内循环冷却水,将功率元器件产生的热量与外循环冷却水进行热交换,并对内循环冷却水进行不断的净化。2016年11月10日,主传动因循环泵出口水压及压差低重故障报警停车,通过事故现象进行原因分析,找出了引发故障的真正原因,并对主传动存在的隐患,采取了切实可行的解决措施。
There are 2 circulating pumps in main drive water cooling unit of roughing mill R2 mill, one for backup and one for use. It provides internal circulating cooling water to power components in the main circuit, exchanges heat generated by power components with external circulating cooling water, and continuously purifies the internal circulating cooling water. On November 10, 2016, the main transmission was stopped by the alarm because of the low hydraulic pressure and low pressure difference of the outlet pump. Through the analysis of the causes of the accidents, the real causesofthe faultsare found out, and feasible measuresare taken to solve the hidden dangersofthe main drive.
