In the process of power engineering management, cost objective management is one of the most important management projects,which is of great significance to control the operating cost of power engineering and improve the project benefit. This paper briefly describes the concept ofcost objective management, and analyzesitsapplication in power engineeringmanagement accordingto the characteristicsofthe cost objective management, and puts forward several principles of cost management.
