施工图预算造价是当前项目招投标以及整个项目管理、施工、竣工过程中的关键性文件之一,对整个投资项目的开展具有举足轻重的作用。论文对目前投资项目施工图预算工作中所面临的困难及常见问题进行阐述,结合某省市政工程投资项目预算工作开展情况,对如何合理编制高质量的投资项目施工图预算文件进行研究和分析,提出了相应的应对措施,旨在提高投资项目施工图预算文件的编制质量,推动工程项目顺利开展。

Construction drawing budget cost is one of the keydocuments in the process of project management, construction and completion,which plays an important role in the development of the whole investment project. In this paper, the difficulties and common problems in the construction drawing budget work of the investment project are first expounded, and then combining with the budget work development of municipal engineering investment project in a city, analyzes and researches on how to do high quality of the construction drawling budget work of invest project, and puts forward the corresponding measures, to improve the quality of the construction drawling budget work of investment project, and promote the smooth development ofengineeringproject.
