进一步重视脊髓损伤的基础与临床研究 被引量:4

Further attention to basic and clinical research on spinal cord injury

摘要 全球每年因外伤性脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)而丧失肢体感觉、运动功能的病例数高达60多万,已呈现高发生率、高致残率、高耗费和低龄化的"三高一低"的局面,SCI后的神经修复已成为医学界迫切需要解决的重大挑战和临床难题。我国现有创伤性SCI患者超过200万,并且每年新增10~14万人,给家庭和社会带来了巨大的负担。 Spinal cord injury( SCI) has presented a "three-high and one-low" situation, including high incidence, high disability rate, high cost and younger-age trend.Neural restoration after spinal cord injury has become a major challenge and clinical problem that the medical community urgently needs to solve, which places a huge burden on families and society. In recent years, our country has made many great advances in some fields and this is encouraging, for example, saving damaged neurons, promoting the regeneration of damaged axons, establishing correct synaptic connections between regenerated axons and targeted tissues, restoring spinal nerve function and so on. In addtion, we also have made some progress in the field of SCI, especially the development of cross-border disciplines, which provides new ideas for the rehabilitation and comprehensive treatment of SCI. How to utilize laboratory results, aiming to better use these in clinical and ultimately benefit patients is still a huge challenge for scholars. Therefore, it is necessary, urgent and strategic for us to pay more attention to the basic and clinical research of SCI.
