低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗脑瘫伴智力低下患儿的临床疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Low-Frequency Repetitive Transcraial Magnetic Stimulation on Mental Retardation in Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的:探讨低频重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)治疗对脑瘫伴智力低下患儿的临床疗效。方法:将120例伴有不同程度智力低下的脑瘫患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,对照组接受常规康复训练,治疗组则在康复训练基础上配合低频rTMS治疗,观察两组临床疗效及发育商(DQ)的改善情况。结果:治疗3个月后,治疗组适应性、大运动、精细运动、语言、个人-社交等DQ评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)。结论:低频rTMS治疗对脑瘫患儿有显著疗效,可全面提升其智能运动发育。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation（rTMS） on mental retardation in children with cerebral palsy. Methods： 120 cases of cerebral palsy children who complicated with different degrees of mental retardation were randomly divided into treatment group （60 cases） and control group （60 cases）, the control group traeted with conventional rehabilitation training while treatment group combined with low-frequency r TMS, observed the efficacy and DQ improvement of the two groups. Results： After 3 months of treatment, the improvement of DQ score which included adaptability, gross motor, fine motor, speech and individual-society of treatment group were significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）; the overall response rate of treatment group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than 60.00% that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Low-frequency rTMS has significant curative effect on cerebral palsy, which can improve their intelligent and movement development in an all-round way.
