摘要
基于测力台和高速摄像的三维定量步态分析方法,对步态参数分析的基础和临床研究来说具有重要意义,但神经-运动系统对于如何控制步态的变化机制有待进一步商榷。长期不间断地测量步态参数的变化有助于这一问题的解决,目前已被广泛应用的GPS技术则有可能扮演这一角色。来自瑞士洛桑大学的学者们提供的前瞻性研究为该领域提供了新视野。尽管这一技术具备这样的潜能,然而较为高昂的成本及操作的相对复杂性阻碍了其在该领域的广泛应用。未来随着GPS技术的不断发展优化,期待为步态分析的深入提供一丝契机。
The 3D quantitative method for gait analysis that based on force platform and high-speed camera has been playing an important role in both fundamental and clinical researches of gait parameters, but it still needs discussion on how neuro-motor system controls the mechanism of gait variability. Long-term and continuous measurement of gait parameters variability can be helpful to solve the problem, and GPS technology which has been widely used currently is likely to play this role. Prospective studies by scholars from Université de Lausanne of Switzerland have provided new visions for this field. Although the GPS has such potential to track gait parameters, the high cost and operational complexity has still hindered its widely application in the field. With the continuous development and optimization of GPS technology in the future, we expect that it can provide opportunities for the further study of gait analysis.
