魏氏手法联合外用三七断骨巴布膏治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床研究

Clinical study of Weishi's massage combined with ‘sanqiduangu’ plaster in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

目的:探讨魏氏手法联合外用三七断骨巴布膏治疗单节段、无神经系统损伤的骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折临床疗效。方法:选取2013年2月~2015年6月本院就诊骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组各30例。对照组予以抗骨质疏松药物、腰部垫枕及腰背肌功能锻炼,治疗组在对照组相同治疗基础上予以魏氏手法复位及外用三七断骨巴布膏。观察VAS、受伤椎体前缘高度比值及Cobb角。结果:治疗1月后,两组VAS均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05);且治疗组VAS明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3月后,两组VAS评分继续降低(P<0.05),但两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗3月后,两组椎体前缘高度、Cobb角较治疗前均有显著改善(P<0.05);且治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:魏氏手法联合外用三七断骨巴布膏治疗单纯性骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折疗效显著。

Objective： To explore the effect of Weishi＇ s massage combined with ＇ sanqiduangu＇ plaster in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures （OVCFs）. Methods： From February 2013 to June 2015,Sixty patients with OVCFs were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group （30 patients） and the control group（30 patients）. Patients in control group were treated with anti-osteoporosis medicine, lumbodorsal muscles functional training and matted a wad of circular shape under waist. Patients in treatment group were treated with Weishi＇ s massage com- bined with ＇ sanqiduangu＇ plaster attached to the basic treatment of control group. VAS scorce, vertebral height ratio and Cobb angle were recorded. Results： After treatment for one month, VAS scorce in the two groups were lower than that before treatment （P〈0.05）, and the treatment group was more lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment for three months, vertebral height ratio and Cobb angle in the treatment group were significantly improved than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The general effective rate of treatment group was significant higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Weishi＇ s massage combined with ＇ sanqiduangu＇ plaster is effective in the treatment of OVCFs.
