摘要
目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry,ICP-MS)同时测定糯稻根中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)含量。方法采用微波消解法处理样品,以锗(72 Ge)、铟(115 In)、铋(209 Bi)为内标,用ICP-MS法测定Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu的含量。结果各元素标准曲线的相关系数0.9990~0.9999,加标回收率为92.25%~103.02%,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)值均小于4%。经测定,按药典标准常规限量,11批药材中有2批Cd含量超标,2批Cu含量超标,而As元素全部超标。结论 ICP-MS法简单、准确、检出限低,适合对药材样品重金属含量的分析测定,结果可为糯稻根的质量控制提供参考。
Objective The objective of this study was to establish an Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) method for measuring the concentration of Pb, Cd, As, Hg and Cu in Oryza sativa L. root. Methods These samples were digested using a microwave oven, and then determined by ICP-MS with 72Ge, 115In, 209Bi as internal standards. Results The correlative coefficients of standard curves were 0.9990~0. 9999 with the recovery rates in the range of 92.25%~103.02% and RSD values were less than 4%. The results showed that some heavy metals of 11 batches exceeded the usual limit of heavy mental and hazard elements in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Conclusions ICP-MS is simple, sensitive, and of low detection limit. It is suitable for the analysis and determination of heavy metals in medicinal materials, and the results may provide reference for the quality control of Oryza sativa L. root.
