就业质量、体验效用与乡城流动人口幸福感 被引量:3

摘要 文献梳理发现,就业质量、体验效用均对乡城流动人口的幸福感产生影响。基于此,本文提出研究假设:就业质量是影响乡城流动人口幸福感的重要因素,基于就业质量的体验效用影响乡城流动人口的幸福感。基于Logit模型进行实证分析发现,就业质量方面,可支配收入越高的乡城流动人口感觉生活幸福的可能性更高;拥有至少1项劳保福利的乡城流动人口较1项都没有的乡城流动人口感觉生活幸福的可能性更高;相对于雇员、自营劳动者,就业身份为雇主和家庭帮工的乡城流动人口感觉生活幸福的可能性更高;体验效用方面,生活舒适度较高的乡城流动人口,感觉生活幸福的可能性更高。 Through integrating literature, employment quality and experience effect have influenced the Rural-urban migrants' sense of happiness. Based on this, this paper puts forward the hypothesis that the employment quality is an important factor affecting the happiness of Rural-urban migrants, and the experience effect based on the employment quality influences the sense of happiness of rural-urban migrants. Based on the logit model, the empirical analysis shows that the higher the disposable income of the rural-urban migrants, the higher the likelihood of living happiness; the Rural-urban migrants with at least one labor insurance benefit feel happier than those who get none ; rural-urban migrants with employment status as employer and family helper feel more likely to live happily compared with those who are employees, self-employed workers; Rural-urban migrants. As for experience utility aspect, rural-urban migrants with higher life comfort, are more likely to feel happiness.
