摘要
针对目前薄壁卷筒强度设计理论尚不成熟、传统设计方法过于保守的现状,对大型薄壁焊接卷筒的受力和变形特点进行分析。以有限元分析软件ANSYS为工具,建立卷筒有限元模型,对定位锚机卷筒在实际工况下的受力进行计算分析。基于计算结果,对传统设计提出改进意见。有限元分析结果表明,改进后的设计可在安全可靠的基础上适当减小卷筒的壁厚,不仅方便加工、焊接,而且可满足轻量化设计要求,降低制造成本。
According to the situation that the traditional design methods are conservative and the mature theory for the strength design of thin-walled drum is not available, this study analyzes the load and deformation characteristics of large thin-walled welded drum, and creates a finite element model with the finite element analysis software ANSYS to calculate and analyze the loads on the positioning windlass drum under actual working conditions. Suggestions for the improvement of the traditional design are proposed based on the calculation. The result of finite element analysis shows that the improved design is able to reduce the thickness of drum’s wall properly without sacrificing safety and reliability. It is not only easy to manufacture and weld, but also meets the lightweight design requirement, and thus reduces the construction cost.
