船舶落地电气设备基座安装图优化设计

摘要 针对船舶落地电气设备安装施工中存在的问题,利用三维建模软件(SPD)进行落地电气设备模型设计优化。采用新的基座安装图设绘方法,通过实船应用,有效减少和避免落地电气设备安装过程中的施工废返,提高落地电气设备基座图、安装图和开孔图的准确性,供新型产品及系列产品基座安装图设绘参考。 To solve the problems encountered in the installation of ship ground electrical equipment, this study uses 3D modelling software SPD to implement model design optimization. When new base installation diagram drawing method is applied to the real ship, scrap and rework in the ground electrical equipment installation is effectively reduced or avoided, and the accuracy of the base diagrams, installation diagrams and opening diagrams are improved. This study provides reference for drawing of the based installation diagrams regarding new products and series products.
