水泥就地冷再生在碎石土基层沥青路面改造中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 结合黄河贯孟堤堤顶道路PCI和RDI的检测评价结果,分析了进行维修养护的必要性和采用水泥就地冷再生技术进行路面基层施工的基本方案。分析了旧路铣刨料的级配特性,提出了通过增加一定比例的新集料来改善旧路铣刨料级配组成的方法,进行了水泥就地冷再生混合料的配合比设计。依托新乡市贯孟堤防汛路维修改造工程的试验段施工,总结了水泥就地冷再生基层的施工工艺和施工效果。同时对水泥就地冷再生基层的经济效益进行了分析,结果表明,与同等厚度新铺水泥石灰碎石灰土基层相比,可节约工程造价约40%,经济效益显著。 Being combined with PCI and RDI evaluation results of pavement on the top of Yellow River GuanmengDam, the necessity of maintenance and repair and the basic scheme of pavement base construction using cement in-situcold regeneration technology have been analyzed. The gradation characteristics of the old pavement materials has beenanalyzed, the method of improving the gradation composition for the old pavement materials by adding a certainproportion of new aggregates has been proposed, and the mix design of the cement in-situ cold recycled mixture hasbeen carried out. Relying on the construction of the test section of the maintenance and renovation project of GuanmengDam Road in Xinxiang City, the construction technology and construction effects of the cement in-situ cold recycledbase layer have been summed up. At the same time, the economic benefits of cold recycled base have been analyzed.Being compared with new paved lime and limestone soil base layer with the same thickness, around 40% of theengineering cost could be saved, so the economic benefit is remarkable.
