摘要
本文通过39 000 DWT散货船上层建筑精度控制研究,了解船舶上层建筑的结构特征和精度控制难点;在建造过程中运用火调、焊接及设置加强材等方法进行精度控制,减少分段变形,保证上建整体精度满足要求。
In this paper, the structural features and the difficulty on construction accuracy control of superstructure for 39000DWT bulk carrier are described, and by introducing the study of precision control on the 39000DWT bulk carrier. By fre control, welding and stifener, the overall construction accuracy of it is controlled and ensured, subsection deformation is reduced.
