本文主要从基准线堪划、标杆树立、地面装焊、整体定位及焊接等方面对侧推筒体定位安装工艺进行研究,指导侧推器筒体和侧推连接筒体的地面定位装焊及整体定位安装,保证侧推筒体在分段阶段的安装精度和焊接质量,对同类型船舶的建造提供参考。

This paper states the positioning and installation process of thruster cylinder body including baseline survey, establishing a benchmark, ground welding, overall positioning, welding to guide the ground welding and overall positioning of thruster cylinder body and thruster connection cylinder and to ensure the installation precision and welding quality of thruster cylinder body.
