本文通过参与友联船厂改造的4 000 t全回转打捞起重工程船为背景,分别从多个方面阐述了改造船的管系设计与施工要领,防止在设计和施工过程中出现不必要的差错,减少改造返工率,提高施工质量和效率。

Based on the author＇s participation in the conversion of the 4 000 t full swing salvage and lifting engineering ship carried out in the Youlian Shipyard, this paper expounds the design and construction essentials of modifying the ship＇s pipeline from six aspects respectively in order to prevent unnecessary errors in the design and construction process, reduce the rework rate and further improve the construction quality, and explore an efcient ship conversion mode.
