本文对50 500 DWT(3)1#化学品/成品油船在试航期间,当满载吃水12.6 m、主机转速在(MCR)131r/min状态下进行操满舵试验时,舵机的下端盖密封填料盘根出现漏油的问题进行分析,为后续船和同类型船的舵系漏油问题的处理提供可借鉴的经验。

This paper researches and deals with the hydraulic oil leakage of the lower cover packing of the underhung balanced steering gear during the steering test of the sea trial for the 50 500 DWT chemical/product oil tanker （C） 1# with full rudder, full draft （12.6 m） and the main engine revolution in the condition of maximum continuous rating （MCR） 131 r/min.
