基于模糊综合评价法的农民工创业风险评价研究

The Evaluation on the Entrepreneurial Risk of Migrant Workers Via Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

基于模糊综合评价法,将农民工创业风险分为5个一级指标,20个二级指标,并应用层次分析法确定风险因素指标的权重。研究结果表明,在众多风险因素中,管理风险指数排序第一,是农民工创业过程中的一大隐患;其他主要影响农民工创业风险的指标由高到低排序依次为资源风险、环境风险、市场风险、技术风险;最后,提出农民工创业风险的防范建议。

This paper classifies entrepreneurial risk of migrant workers into five one-stage indexes and 20 second-stage indexes. The weight of risk factor index is confirmed by applying Analytic Hierarchy Process. The results of the study show that managerial risk ranks the first among the risk factors, which is the hidden danger for entrepreneur of migrant workers; as for the other risk factors, the sequencing is as follows： resource risk, environmental risk, marketing risk, technical risk. Based on the above research, this paper offers suggestions for avoiding the entrepreneurial risk of migrant workers.
