中压配电网线路利用效率评价指标及其提升策略

Evaluation Index of Transmission Line Utilization Efficiency of Medium Voltage Distribution Network and Its Promotion Strategy

由于各地区电网发展水平和负荷分布等因素的差异,中压配电网线路的接线模式、预留额度都会有所区别,传统的年最高负载率等指标难以直观反映线路的有效利用程度。针对实际情况,给出了线路的年最高负载率相对指标和年最高负载率裕度指标,可以直观地反映出线路剩余的安全容量,有利于分析线路的安全运行水平。将线路年利用效率的影响因素分解到年负荷率和年最高负载率2个子指标,为线路年利用效率的细化分析提供切入点。结合具体的实例阐述了每个指标的应用场景,并针对相应的指标分析了线路利用效率的提升策略。案例分析表明,采用合理的接线模式或合理搭配线路负荷类型两种提升策略,能够分别提升中压配电网线路的利用效率21.2%和11%。

Due to differences of development levels and load distribution of power grids in different areas, the connection modes and the reservation quotas of transmission lines of the medium-voltage distribution network are different, and tradi- tional indexes such as yearly maximum load rate can not directly reflect effective utilization levels of lines. Thus, this paper gives the relative index of yearly maximum load rate and its margin index which can intuitively reflect residual safe capacity level of the line and are beneficial to analyze safe operation level of the line. The paper has decomposed influencing factors of yearly utilization efficiency of the line to two sub-indexes of yearly load rate and the maximum load rate, which has pro- vided breakthrough point for detailed analysis of yearly utilization efficiency. Combining with specific examples, it states ap- plication scenario of each index and analyzes promotion strategy for utilization efficiency of the line aiming at relevant in- dex. Example analysis indicates it is able to respectively improve utilization efficiency of the line by 21.2% and 11% by u- sing reasonable connection modes and collocating load types.
