摘要 轴承作为水电机组的接触和承力部件,其运行状态变化对机组安全稳定运行至关重要。为准确分析轴承运行状态,提出一种水电机组轴承状态实时监测分析新思路,通过建立轴承状态监测相应在线存储数据库,运用时域、频域和希尔伯特黄变换(Hilbert-Huang Transform,HHT)时频分析方法提取轴承异常数据的故障特征,结合诊断知识搭建轴承状态实时跟踪分析评价模型,实现对机组轴承状态的实时评价,形成机组连续运行轴承状态跟踪分析样本。最后在相关电厂的应用表明,该方法能够实现对轴承运行状态实时分析诊断,大大提高机组的安全、经济运行。 As the contact and force bearing component of the hydropower unit, operation state change of the bearing is of great importance to safe and stable operation of the unit. In order to correctly analyze operation state of the bearing, this paper presents a kind of new idea of real-time monitoring and analysis for bearing state which is to build a relevant online storage database for bearing state monitoring and uses methods of time-domain, frequency-domain and Hilbert-Huang trans- form (HHT) time-domain analysis to extract fault characteristics of abnormal data. Combining with diagnosis knowledge, it builds a real-time tracking analysis and evaluation model for bearing state to realize real-time evaluation on bearing state of the unit and form tracking analysis samples of continuously running state of the bearing. Applications in related power plants indicate that this new method can realize real-time analysis and diagnosis on bearing state and greatly improve safe and eco- nomic operation of the unit.
