他汀类药物在心房颤动治疗中的研究进展

Statins in the treatment of atrial fibrillation

他汀类药物可以预防心房颤动的发生发展,且其本身无潜在的致心律失常作用。同时,他汀类药物可通过抑制心房结构重构、氧化应激、心房电重构以及血栓形成等抑制心房颤动。本文综述他汀类药物在心房颤动一级及二级预防中的作用,以供临床参考。

Statins can prevent from the development of atrial fibrillation, and it does not have potential arrhythmia effects. Actually, the atrial fibrillation control of statins is through inhibiting atrial structural remodeling, oxidative stress, electrical remodeling and thrombosis. This review summarizes the statins＇ role in primary and secondary prevention of atrial fibrillation to provide a clinical reference.
