1型糖尿病患者糖化白蛋白/糖化血红蛋白比值与糖尿病周围神经病变的相关性研究 被引量:5

Association of the ratio between glycated albumin and HbA1c with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in type 1 diabetes mellitus patients

摘要 目的探讨1型糖尿病(T1DM)患者糖化白蛋白(GA)/糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)比值和糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的关系。方法纳入复旦大学附属中山医院就诊的120例T1DM患者,包括无周围神经病变组(NDPN组,n=58)和DPN组(n=62),观察两组肌电图情况,并收集其临床资料进行数据统计分析,包括病程、年龄、性别及体质量指数(BMI);实验室检查指标包括HbA1c、GA、空腹C肽水平,并对各指标与DPN的相关性行logistic回归分析。结果 NDPN组运动神经传导速度高于DPN组(P<0.05),DPN组GA/HbA1c比值高于NDPN组(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析结果显示,GA/HbA1c比值升高与DPN的发生具有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论 GA/HbA1c比值与T1DM患者DPN独立相关,GA/HbA1c比值升高可能是DPN的独立危险因素。 Objective To investigate the association of the ratio between glycated albumin(GA)/HbA1c with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) in type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1 DM) patients. Methods A total of 120 T1 DM patients, who were enrolled in Zhongshan hospital of Fudan university, were divided into non-diabetic peripheral neuropathy group(NDPN, n=58) and diabetic peripheral neuropathy group(DPN, n=62). The electromyography of two groups was observed. The clinical data were collected for statistical analysis, including course of disease, age, sex, body mass index(BMI). The laboratory tests including HbA1c, GA, fasting C peptide levels, and the correlation between each index was analyzed by logistic regression. Results The MCV in NDPN group was higher than that in DPN group(P〈0.05). The ratio of GA/HbA1c in DPN group was higher than that in NDPN group(P〈0.05). The logistic regression analysis showed that the increase of GA/HbA1c ratio was significantly correlated with the occurrence of DPN(P〈0.05). Conclusion The GA/HbA1c ratio is independently correlated with DPN in T1 DM patients, and elevated GA/HbA1c ratio might be an independent risk factor for DPN.
