蚯蚓是一种普遍存在于自然界中的软体动物,因其具有独特的医学和生物功效引起了科学家的广泛重视。为探究蚯蚓的药用价值,本文总结了近年来关于蚯蚓的研究进展,概括了蚯蚓在传统医药膳食文化和现代医药中的独特作用与疗效。在传统医药膳食文化中,大多数地区将蚯蚓作为补充蛋白质的食物或传统药材来医治病患;现代医学研究发现,蚯蚓中的部分成分具有抗氧化,护肝、抑菌和促进伤口以及神经系统修复的作用。随着研究的进一步深入,蚯蚓体内的有效药用成分也将被逐一发现与应用,为今后新药的研发提供理论基础。

Earthworm,an invertebrate which is ubiquitous in the nature,has intrigued scientific interest because of its unique medicinal and biotic effects. The usage of earthworms in diets and medicines is summarized based on the recent references. As a traditional food and medicine,it has been used to supply proteins and cure diseases. Modern medical research shows that earthworms have special functions such as antioxidant,liver protection,bacteriostat and promotion of wound healing. With further research,more and more effective medicinal ingredients in earthworms will be identified,which will provide theoretical basis for the designs of new drugs.
