摘要
根据选择性催化还原法(SCR)脱硝系统工艺特点,分析当前火电厂脱硝系统运行中存在的问题。在确保烟气NO_x排放不超标、不改变脱硝设备现状的前提下,提出了脱硝控制逻辑优化方案,通过对氨喷射系统中各分管调节阀的开度优化及总喷氨调节阀自动运行逻辑优化,将脱硝系统运行经济效益最大化,从而保证电厂安全生产,对火电厂脱硝经济运行具有指导意义。
According to the process characteristics of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitration system, the existing problems in the operation of denitration system in thermal power plants are analyzed.On the premise of guaranteeing that the emission of NO x from flue gas does not exceed the standard and does not change the status quo of denitration equipment, the logical optimization scheme of denitration control is put forward.The optimization of valve opening and the automatic operation logic of the total ammonia injection regulating valve can maximize the economic benefits of the denitration system, thus the safe production of power plants is ensured,which has significance to the economic operation of denitration in thermal power plants.
