The operation status of 800 kt/a sulphur-burning system in Yidu Xingfa Chemical Co., Ltd. is introduced, and the lining processes of refractory spraying casting and traditional lining brick are compared and analyzed.From the operation situation, the refractory spraying casting technology has obvious advantages over the traditional lining brick technology, such as short construction period and stable construction quality,energy-saving, environmental protection and convenient maintenance,which can be used in sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the plant.
