解决锌精矿焙烧余热锅炉积灰问题的生产实践

摘要 针对锌精矿焙烧余热锅炉积灰问题,从锌精矿物理性质和化学成分、焙烧工艺控制及余热锅炉结构等三方面进行了原因分析,并制定应对措施予以实施。设置了增湿装置、严格控制焙烧条件并对锅炉结构和清灰装置进行了改造。经过半年的生产实践,改造后的锅炉未发现积灰现象。 Aiming at the problem of ash deposit in waste heat boiler of zinc concentrate roasting, the reasons from three aspects which are the physical properties and chemical composition of zinc concentrate, the control of roasting process and the structure of waste heat boiler are analyzed, and the corresponding measures to be implemented are put forward.The humidifying device is installed , roasting condition is strictly controlled and boiler structure and ash cleaning device are reformed.After half a year s production practice, no dust accumulation is found in the transformed boiler.
