喜炎平联合康复新液治疗小儿手足口病效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察研究喜炎平联合康复新液治疗小儿手足口病的效果。方法:抽取南昌市第三医院于2016年8月~2018年1月诊断治疗的72例手足口病患儿,平均分为对照组和实验组,各36例。对照组患儿采用喜炎平进行治疗,实验组患儿则采用喜炎平联合康复新液进行治疗。观察两组治疗后的末梢血白细胞数量、总有效率以及不良反应(过敏、呕吐、水肿)发生率。结果:实验组的总有效率(91.67%)高于对照组(66.67%),差异明显(P<0.05);实验组的末梢血白细胞数量比对照组明显降低;对照组出现不良反应共8例(22.22%),实验组出现1例(2.78%),差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:应用喜炎平联合康复新液治疗小儿手足口病的疗效优越,不良反应发生率低,安全可靠,适合在临床上广泛使用。 Objective To observe the effect of Xiyanping combined with Kangfuxin Liquid on hand, foot and mouth disease in children. Methods: 72 children with HFMD diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2016 to January 2018 were divided into control group (n=36) and experimental group (n=36). The control group was treated with Xiyanping and the experimental group with Kangfuxin Liquid. The number of peripheral blood leukocytes, the total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions (allergy, vomiting, and edema) were observed. Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group (91.67%) was higher than that of the control group (66.67%). The number of peripheral blood leukocytes in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (8 cases (22.22%), and in the experimental group (1 case, 2.78%), the difference was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Xiyanping combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease in children has excellent curative effect, low incidence of adverse reactions, with high safety and reliability, thus it is suitable for wide clinical use.
