克霉唑阴道片与氟康唑在复发性霉菌性阴道炎中的联合治疗价值分析

Clinical Value of Clotrimazole Vaginal Tablets and Fluconazole in the Treatment of Recurrent Fungal Vaginitis

目的:研究分析在复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者中采用克霉唑阴道片以及氟康唑联合治疗的临床价值。方法:选取在江西省宜春市第二人民医院接受治疗的复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者,选取时间段为2016年3月至2018年3月,病例数为60例。通过随机数字表格法分组,平均分成对照组和观察组各30例。对照组中患者接受单独的克霉唑阴道片药物治疗,观察组接受克霉唑阴道片以及氟康唑治疗,同时两组患者均行臭氧妇科治疗仪辅助治疗。分析两组患者治疗后的效果差异。结果:观察组中患者的总疗效率为93.33%,对照组中患者的总疗效率为73.33%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中患者的外阴瘙痒、腰腹疼痛、白带异常、排尿痛的缓解时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组中患者有3例复发,复发率为10.00%,对照组中患者有11例复发,复发率为36.67%。组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上利用克霉唑阴道片以及氟康唑联合治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者效果良好,用药后患者的病情改善速度快,且复发率较低,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical value of clotrimazole vaginal tablet and fluconazole combined therapy in patients with recurrent fungal vaginitis. Methods： 60 patients with recurrent fungal vaginitis were selected from March 2016 to March 2018. The patients were divided into control group （n=30） and observation group （n=30）. The patients in the control group received clotrimazole vaginal tablets alone, the observation group received clotrimazole vaginal tablets and fluconazole, and both patients were treated with ozone gynecological therapy instrument. The effect on two groups of patients after treatment was compared. Results： The total curative effect rate was 93.33% in the observation group and 73.33% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The remission time of vulvar itching, abdominal pain, abnormal leucorrhea and urination pain in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. In the observation group, 3 cases recurred and the recurrence rate was 10.00%. In the control group, 11 cases recurred and the recurrence rate was 36.67%. The difference between groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clotrimazole vaginal tablet and fluconazole combined with fluconazole in the treatment of recurrent fungal vaginitis have good effect. The patients＇ condition is improved quickly and the recurrence rate is low after medication, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
