氟康唑联合克霉唑阴道栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效评估

Clinical Efficacy Evaluation of Fluconazol and Clotrimazole Vaginal Suppository in the Treatment of Mycotica Vaginitis

目的:评估霉菌性阴道炎患者应用氟康唑联合克霉唑阴道栓进行治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取在南昌仁爱妇产医院接受治疗的86例霉菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,采用系统抽样法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组43例。对照组应用克霉唑阴道栓进行治疗,研究组应用氟康唑联合克霉唑阴道栓进行治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状及复发情况进行观察评估。结果:比较两组患者的临床疗效发现,研究组优于对照组,P<0.05,两组间差异显著且具有统计学意义。比较两组患者的临床症状缓解时间发现,研究组短于对照组,P<0.05,两组间差异显著且具有统计学意义。比较两组患者的停药后3个月和6个月的复发率发现,研究组低于对照组,P<0.05,两组间差异显著且具有统计学意义。结论:通过评估发现,氟康唑联合克霉唑阴道栓治疗霉菌性阴道炎的临床疗效显著,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of fluconazole combined with clotrimazole vaginal suppository in the treatment of fungal vaginitis. Methods： 86 cases of mildew vaginitis treated in Nanchang Renai Maternity Hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group with 43 cases in each group by systematic sampling. The control group was treated with clotrimazole vaginal suppository and the study group with fluconazole combined clotrimazole vaginal suppository. Results： Comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups, the study group was superior to the control group （P〈0.05）, and the difference between the two groups was significant. The clinical symptom remission time of the two groups was shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of the two groups was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of fluconazole combined with clotrimazole vaginal suppository in the treatment of fungal vaginitis is significant and has high clinical application value.
