PFNA与锁定钢板内固定术在股骨粗隆间骨折中的临床疗效 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :对比PFNA与股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板内固定术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法 :将60例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。观察组采用PFNA内固定方式进行治疗,对照组采用锁定钢板内固定术进行治疗,在手术72 h后,对比两组的临床效果。结果 :观察组的切口长度、手术时长、负重时间、骨折愈合时间以及住院时长等均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :PFNA内固定方式是一种对老年患者损伤小的微创技术,具有术后恢复快、不良反应较少的优点,与锁定钢板内固定术相比临床效果更好。 Objective: To compare the clinical effects of PFNA and proximal femur anatomical locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly. Methods: Sixty elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 30 cases each. The observation group was treated with PFNA internal fixation while the control group with locking plate internal fixation. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups after 72 hours of operation. Results: The incision length, the operation duration and the time for weight-bearing, fracture healing and hospital stay were significantly shorter in the observation group than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: PFNA internal fixation is a minimally invasive technique with little injury to elderly patients and possesses the advantages of quick recovery and less adverse reactions and better clinical effect compared with locking plate internal fixation.
