摘要
某炼化企业延迟焦化装置的储焦池区域存在严重的恶臭污染,针对此现象,利用吹扫捕集─气相色谱─质谱联用法(GC─MS)对储焦池切焦水进行了分析,结合NIST(美国国家标准与技术研究院)谱库检索对VOCs种类进行了识别,结果表明:芳香烃和含氮化合物为造成该切焦水恶臭污染的主要分子标志物。建议对这两类物质重点监测并加强管控,同时建议对延迟焦化装置进行改造。
Serious odor pollution exists in the coke storage tank area of a refinery's delayed coking unit.In order to uncover the cause of odor pollution,the types of VOCs contained in coke-cut water were analyzed by purge and trap-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Combing with NIST spectrogram library,the variety of VOCs was identified.The results showed that aromatic hydrocarbons and nitrogen compounds were the main molecular markers for the odor pollution of coke-cut water.It is recommended to focus on monitoring and strengthening the control of these two types of substances and to modify the delayed coking unit to fundamentally improve the working environment and reduce the harm to the health of operators.
