摘要
实际的油气田产出水蒸发浓缩母液水量小,但是色度高,含有高浓度有机物和氯离子,且可生化性差。实验中采用周期转换电絮凝对油气田产出水蒸发浓缩母液进行预处理,优化了电絮凝反应中的电极材料,反应的电压,板间距和时间。结果表明最佳处理条件为Al-Al电极材料,电压为6 V,板间距为3.5 cm,反应时间为30 min,最佳COD去除率为52.9%, COD能耗为0.42 (kW·h)/kg,母液的可生化性得到了很好的提高。实验结果表明电絮凝是适合预处理油气田产出水蒸发浓缩的有效方法。
The actual mother liquor produced by evaporation and concentration of produced water from oil and gas fields (mother liquor) has the characteristics of a small amount, strong colors, low biodegradability, high chenfieal oxygen demand (COD), and large amount of chloride ions. The eleetroeoagulation with periodic reversal of electrodes was used to treat mother liquor in this experiment, and the effect of electrode materials, voltage, the electrode distance and electrolysis time in the eleetroeoagulation reaction were optimized to maximize the effects of COD removal. The results showed that the optimum conditions were Al-Al electrode material, voltage of 6 V, plate spacing of 3.5cm, reaction time of 30 min. Optimal COD removal efficiency of 52.9% was achieved in this situation, correspond to energy consumption of 0.42 (kW.h)/kg COD, and the biodegradability of mother liquor has been improved through eleetroeoagulation treating. Eleetroeoagulation is an effective method for pretreatment of mother liquor.
